Join the team at CSL, a well established company and leading provider in the installation and maintenance of smart infrastructure including Traffic Signals, Streetlighting, CCTV, Electronic signs and anything ITS and electrical in the road reserve.
We require an Administration and Finance Assistant to join our team in Rosedale, Auckland.
You'll be responsible for performing reception and general office administration duties while providing operational support across various functions, including assistance to the accounts team, branch operations, the HR Manager, and Management team.
Our successful candidate will have proven experience in an office administration role, strong attention to detail, and proficient computer skills with Microsoft 365. Accounts knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
You'll also need a positive can do attitude, work well within a team, take initiative, and have strong time management and organisation skills.
