Summers on its way – Join the Crew at Half Moon Bay Marina! ??

Half Moon Bay Marina is on the lookout for additional Dockmasters to join our team just in time for the busy summer season!

This is a permanent, full-time role working on a rotating roster, including alternate weekends and some public holidays, so flexibility is key.

As a Dockmaster, you’ll be the friendly face of the marina, delivering 5-star concierge-style service to boat owners and guests. From greeting arrivals and assisting with docking to handling lines and making sure everyone enjoys our top-notch facilities, you’ll help create unforgettable boating experiences.

We’re looking for someone with:

A warm, welcoming attitude
Outstanding customer service skills
Boating experience (bonus points if you live locally!)

Half Moon Bay Marina, NZ Marina of the Year in 2024 and holder of the internationally recognised 5 Gold Anchor award, is a modern, industry leading facility.

Full industry training provided, we’ll get you up to speed and confident in your role.
