The Sales Support - Transport Division role provides critical administrative and coordination support to our Transport Regional Managers and Sales team. This part-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer bookings, data entry, and internal reporting, contributing to the efficiency and success of the sales function.
The role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys supporting others behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment.
Here's what you'll be doing:- Sales & Booking Support
- Accurately process and manage course bookings and customer details
- Support Transport Regional Managers with quote preparation and email follow-up
- Ensure all CRM records are up to date with correct customer and booking information
- Prepare and format documentation for customer communication
- Schedule resits and rescheduling of courses for attendees and bookers
- Reporting & Coordination
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of regular reporting and data for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate shared inboxes and assign enquiries or leads to the appropriate team members
- Track outstanding actions and follow-ups for the sales team
- Customer Journey Support
- Contribute to the delivery of a seamless customer journey by supporting backend processes
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Scheduling teams to ensure smooth customer handover
- General Administration
- Support the team with document formatting, template maintenance, and general admin
- Participate in cross-team collaboration where required
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
- Confidence working with data, systems, and structured processes
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Self-managing and proactive in completing tasks
- Dependable and punctual
- Clear communicator - both written and verbal

This is a permanent part time role working 20 hours per week. Days and hours are negotiable.
