We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our café team and lead daily operations.
Location: Leafe Cafe WestfieldPosition: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience ($30-$35)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and roster staff
- Create new drink recipes and work closely with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and regularly update the menu.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- Handle ordering, stock control, and cost management
- Drive sales and support business growth
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
- Hospitality management degree qualification
- Previous experience in café or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Barista skills and café operation knowledge are an advantage
- Must have valid working rights in New Zealand
