Plumber Opportunities in Canterbury

Tradestaff is actively seeking licensed and experienced Plumbers to join our crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be working across a range of commercial and residential plumbing projects. Tasks may include:
- Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Installing hot and cold-water systems, sanitary fixtures, and gas appliances
- Laying out and connecting drainage systems, including sewer and effluent disposal
- Working with fire protection systems (hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers)
- Metal roofing and rainwater system installation
- Mechanical services, heating systems, and HVAC plant installations (Is a Bonus)
We’re after reliable, skilled plumbers who bring a solid work ethic and a can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have:
- NZ PGDB License (or already in the registration process)
- 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Trade qualifications (preferred)
- Your own tools & reliable transport
- Strong health & safety focus
- 2 recent work references
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pay rate of $30–$40/hr (based on experience)
- Guaranteed minimum 30 hours/week
