Senior Landscape Construction Lead

We’re a locally owned, Riverhead based family landscaping business looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Specialist to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands on, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently lead people and projects on site.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality landscape builds from start to finish, working closely with clients and leading a small team on site.

• Leading and running landscape construction projects on site
• Managing and motivating a small team
• Reading plans and ensuring projects are delivered to spec and on time
• Hands on construction work including hard landscaping and general building tasks
• Liaising with clients and suppliers as required
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation

• Proven experience in landscape construction and building
• Ability to confidently run a team and manage projects day-to-day
• Strong practical skills across hard landscaping (e.g. decks, retaining walls, paving, fencing etc)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can do attitude
