Lancôme Counter Manager (1IC) – Full Time
Life Pharmacy Wilkinsons, Queenstown | 40 hours per week
We are a busy retail pharmacy in Queenstown, open seven days a week from 8:30am to 10:00pm. We stock a wide range of OTC medicines, natural health supplements, beauty products and cosmetics.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Lancôme Counter Manager (1IC) to join our team full time. In this role, you will take ownership of the Lancôme counter while delivering friendly, professional service to both existing and new clients.
About the role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lancôme counter, driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the counter is presented to a high standard at all times. You will confidently recommend products based on individual client needs and help create a welcoming experience for every customer who visits the store.
Experience in makeup and sales is preferred. A qualified makeup artist or beauty therapy qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential for the right candidate.

Hours and conditions:
Full-time role, 40 hours per weekSome evening shifts required, including weekends and public holidays
Hourly pay rate will be based on relevant experience and attributes
