The organisation provides homecare and personal care to Clients to enable them to live in their own home independently.
The service extends to Clients at home in the Northland Region.
The Service has contracts to provide support to Clients that are under the care of the Northland District Health Board, Ministry of Health and ACC.We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to kickstart their career with a reputable, longstanding company that can support you in your growth, knowledge and hands on experience.• This role is based from our Central Whangarei Office.
  • Monday to Friday Flexible hours
  • Part or full time work available
  • No shift work/public holidays• At least six months or longer work available We are seeking someone with the skills and experience to work with people in our community.
You will need a friendly nature and a genuine passion toward caring for our Clients who are older, living with a disability, or ACC/rehabilitation supported.Your focus will be visiting and setting up Client support in their home as well as monitoring Client ongoing support needs with office back-up and support.The Role requires:• Good time management with multiple tasks• Ability to strive and meet set deadlines• Excellent work ethic and professionalism• Strong team player with sound communication skills• Computer competency, literacy and accuracy
  • Intermediate Level• Legal eligibility to work in NZ long term• Guidance and Mentoring of Support Workers• Networking with Allied Health and other Community Agencies• Flexibility for attendance at trainings or for work demands• Ability & confidence to work unsupervised• Loyalty and adherence to our Organisations vision & policies• Great customer service skills.
Maintaining own boundaries of role.• Clean driving record
