About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned senior engineer to help lead the development of our Rebates product. Rebates, whether paid or received, are central to our customers’ businesses. It’s a complex space, full of interesting challenges: perfect for an engineer who wants to make a meaningful impact.
You’ll:
- Help shape the architectural direction of the product
- Influence the product roadmap and strategic decisions
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, and other engineering teams
- Lead by example, mentoring and supporting other engineers
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
About You:
You’re a confident, experienced full-stack developer with a lean toward the front end and a strong bias for action. You enjoy solving tough problems and take pride in delivering clean, elegant solutions. You're collaborative, growth-oriented, and love seeing a team thrive.
You bring:
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and either Java or C#
- Solid AWS and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) knowledge
- A team-first mindset: outgoing, supportive, and energising to work with
- A thirst for learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
- A drive to simplify complexity and build software that lasts
