Fixation Builders is a growing construction company that specialises in residential high end new builds, renovations and extensions in one of the most spectacular locations in the country.
We are expanding our team and have another great opportunity for an experienced, qualified builder to join our ever growing team.
Our team is a humble and hardworking crew. There are no big loud egos on our team.
We have a small like minded team passionate about what they do and like to make the most of what Queenstown has to offer outside of work. Wether you are local or having been looking to make the leap and move to Queenstown we would like to hear from you.
Our work diary is still booked out for at least 2 years. Our projects provide a lot of variety, ranging from high end architectural new builds to renovations and extensions.

- Can read and understand plans.

- An ability to manage jobs from start to finish including subcontractors.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- A good understanding and respect for Health and Safety regulations and compliance.
- A team player
- Able to buy into our team culture.
- Positive, honest and polite.
- Organised and efficient.
- Very communicative and collaborative.
- Able to work alongside a knowledgeable team of apprentices and experienced builders.
