About the Role:We're looking for a hands-on Inventory & Warehouse Manager to take control of stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and day-to-day operational performance. This is a leadership role where you'll sit at the intersection of inventory, people, and process.
Key Responsibilities:- Own inventory accuracy & stock integrity
- Lead warehouse operations & team performance
- Improve processes, layout & workflow
- Reduce stock discrepancies & shrinkage
- Drive DIFOT / service outcomes
- Partner with procurement / supply chain / ops
- Strong warehouse & inventory management experience
- Systems confidence (WMS / ERP / SAP etc.)
- Natural problem-solver & process improver
- Calm, practical, decisive leader
- Obsessed with accuracy & efficiency
- Real ownership of your workload and staff
- Process improvement opportunities

- Salary $85K - $100K depending on experience
