Admin Assistant
Lugtons Real Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our friendly and fast-paced Hamilton Central team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to build their career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities: Accurate and timely data entry of financial and administrative information
Processing and managing Accounts PayableAssisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance processes
Assisting with the weekly Auction processes and presentation
General office administration duties
Providing support to sales agents and management as needed
Skills & Experience: Proven data entry accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential)Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role
Familiarity with AML compliance (advantageous, but training provided)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
