About the Role
As Administration Support (Scanning Bureau), you will be integral in the digitalising of paper patient records in a timely way so as to ensure access to these notes by the wider organisation, and clinicians in particular, prior to patient appointments.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 48 hours a fortnight, 8.00AM to 2.30PM Monday to Friday.

About you
As Administration Support (Scanning Bureau),you will be well organised, highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills and will enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising your workload. You will also have previous administration experience, a good level of computer literacy, and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
Knowledge of patient management systems would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
