HNZ leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels.
About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN with relevant knowledge and skill as a PACU nurse to further develop their clinical leadership and expertise in this field of nursing.Supported by a dedicated team of PACU nurses, the CSN position is a busy and challenging role involving the leadership and coordination of PACU resources and patient flow through PACU.
Ensuring timely patient care, monitoring patient length of stay along with clinical support for the PACU team, are strong aspects of this role.The PACU department is a 23-bedded unit, servicing 14 operating theatres and anaesthetic procedures, supporting a wide variety of acute, elective and trauma surgeries.
