This position will include 1 weekend shift
Customer ServicesFriendly, prompt and efficient customer service
Process orders in an efficient and timely manner
Prepare all orders as per SUBWAY® store procedures
Process all Point of Sale transactions in an accurate and timely manner
Deliveries
Respond to customer enquiries
Deal with difficult and irate customers
Provide information on products
Up-sell on Promotions and Specials
Training of new Sandwich Artist™ as required
Store MerchandisingReceive deliveries and check in stock
Daily bread counts
Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
Complete weekly and monthly stock takes
Ensure stock control is maintained and rotated
Food SafetyComply with Food Code of Practice
Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
Cashier OperationsCount end of shift monies
Complete administration accurately
Occupational Health & SafetyFollow safety procedures to prevent injury
Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers
Personal QualitiesMaintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet SUBWAY® and customer expectations
Work as a team member
Complete training courses as directed by the Subway Manager
Key ChallengesEnsure customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner
Maintain high personal standards in both presentation and work habits
Ensure that Health and Safety standards are met

Thames
off on **$23.50** per hour. If you're Gold star certified and working a Cook shift you can earn up to **$24.74**. You then can earn up to **$29.63** when you're working as a **Shift Supervisor**.
