Wielinga Construction, in collaboration with QUBE, is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our growing team. We’re not your average building company – we're pushing the boundaries in modular construction and steel-framed innovation, while still delivering high-quality traditional builds using proven construction methods.

• About the Role:

You'll be stepping into a hands-on role with a variety of upcoming projects, including:

• Traditional timber-framed construction
• Working with NZ-made steel framing systems
• Modular housing builds direct from our offsite manufacturing yard
• On-site residential and light commercial construction

• What You’ll Need:
• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential/light commercial construction
• Confidence working with both traditional timber framing and steel-framed systems
• Ability to read plans and work independently or as part of a team
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• A keen eye for detail and solid site experience
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humour
