Apprentice Panelbeater Position Available

Murphy Panel & Paint is a family owned and operated business located in Waiuku. We are a customer and quality focused business. Preferred repairer with AA, FMG and most other insurance companies. We are currently looking to train an Apprentice Panelbeater to join us.
Working from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be working as part of a great team, be able to follow instructions, procedures and problem solve. Hold a current New Zealand driver licence and have a minimum of NZQA Level 2 qualification. The Apprenticeship training incorporates online theory alongside hands-on learning with our qualified collision repairers.You will learn how to repair and replace non-structural panels, restoring and prepping vehicle bodies and frames, welding, chassis alignment, sanding and prepping surfaces for spray painting and more.
The Collision Repair Apprenticeship through Mito will be paid for by the company. Training will also be provided in Auto Diagnostics and Panel Quote. The opportunity to complete an Auto Glazier Apprenticeship is also available. Ongoing training will be provided once you have qualified as a Tradesperson Panelbeater with further up-skilling available to gain a Structural Repair (level 5) qualification.
