PMO Analyst – Change & Delivery
Term: 3-month fixed-term contractStart Date: Immediate
Location: Auckland, Avondale – On-site only (no remote work)
About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support change and delivery activities within an ERP programme. This hands-on role involves assisting with data cleansing, onboarding coordination, developing training materials, and supporting end-user system testing.
You will work closely with various teams, including Change, Training, Payroll, HR, and technical subject matter experts, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and PMO Support: Maintain and update project documentation (e.g., registers, RAID logs, status reports)
Coordinate logistics for meetings and workshopsTrack project artifacts, versions, and business cases
Support governance reporting, risk management, and audit readiness
Change and Learning Enablement: Assist in developing training materials and end-user guides
Support business readiness activities and communication plansCoordinate training and onboarding sessions
Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to ensure quality delivery
System and Data Support: Support system testing and user support activities during ERP implementation
Perform basic data cleansing and documentation checksLog, monitor, and escalate issues in collaboration with technical teams
Assist with minor system configurations and data migration checks
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Draft internal and end-user communications
Liaise across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Change teamsCollect and share end-user feedback
Support cross-functional meetings with agendas and action follow-ups
Skills & Experience:
Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (e.g., business administration, HR, information systems)
High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)Experience supporting projects or change initiatives in a business, clinical, or systems setting
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, LMS)
Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, project tracking platforms
- Desirable:
Formal training in project coordination, business analysis, or learning design
Experience supporting testing, training, or user readiness activities
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Familiarity with tools/platforms like Oracle ERP, MyLearning LMS, Coupa, ServiceNow, Jira, Miro
