The Role

We’re on the hunt for an apprentice or qualified Commercial Electrician to work on a wide range of commercial projects including new builds, fit-outs, maintenance, and upgrades. You’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, working on-site across the region.

Key Responsibilities

~ Carry out commercial electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance

~ Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications

~ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

~ Ensure all work complies with current electrical Standards and health & safety regulations

~ Liaise with site managers, clients, and team members

~ Maintain accurate job records and documentation

About You

~ NZ Registered Electrician with a current EWRB practicing license (not applicable if apprentice)

~ Solid experience in commercial electrical work (not applicable if apprentice)

~ Strong understanding of NZ electrical standards and safety practices (not applicable if apprentice)

~ Reliable, motivated, and a team player

~ Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail

~ Full NZ driver’s license

~ Electrical for mechanical Experience would be advantageous but not required (not applicable if apprentice)

~ Experience as a site supervisor would be advantageous but not required (not applicable if apprentice)
