Retail Staff Wanted – BP Redcliffs Service Station/Wild Bean Café

BP Redcliffs Service Station and Wild Bean Café take pride in offering a positive, welcoming environment for both locals and visitors. We provide a fast, refreshing, and convenient break—fueling both the body and the vehicle.

We are looking for hardworking, motivated team members (part time and Casual on Call) to fill various rostered shifts, including some weekend work. This may lead into a full time job.

We need a reliable, physically strong, and dedicated team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You must be honest, hard-working, and motivated—someone who won’t frequently call in sick and can handle a variety of tasks.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to adapt, learn, and take on different responsibilities
• A customer-focused attitude (retail experience is an advantage)
• The ability to work independently and in a team
• Computer literacy and cash-handling experience
• A reliable vehicle and transport
• Willingness to commit to the role for at least one year

• Serving customers and handling transactions
• Making barista coffee (training provided if needed)
• General cleaning, including vacuuming, toilet cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Assisting with dog wash and car wash services
• Light gardening and outdoor maintenance

• Previous barista or fast food experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
• Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
• A police background check will be required
