About the RoleAs a Call Centre Administrator you will Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email) and establish positive relationships with parents, caregivers and organisations. Actively listening to parents, caregivers, addressing all level of non-clinical inquiries, offering suitable solutions to meet their needs promptly where appropriate.Ensuring all information is accurately documentedHave the ability to handle parent, caregiver, external complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, escalating complex cases/situations when necessary.Maintain meticulous records and update information accurately into our databases.Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback from parents, caregivers and contribute to ongoing improvements in our services.Self-awareness and mindful of your own values and beliefs and how this can impact on others.Ability to explore and identify needs and understand that one size may not fit all, critical thinking is keyAbility to maintain confidentiality with patient dealings and information.Develop effective relationships across the organisation with all level employees.
