Role Overview
We are seeking two experienced Hair Stylists to join our professional team. The successful applicants will deliver high-quality hairdressing services and provide excellent customer service.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required, as a significant proportion of our clients communicate primarily in Mandarin. The ability to consult effectively in both languages is necessary to ensure accurate communication regarding styling preferences, treatments, and aftercare advice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatment services
Conduct client consultations to assess hair condition and recommend suitable styles
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both Mandarin and English
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation
Recommend appropriate professional hair care products
Work collaboratively within a team to maintain a premium salon experience
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ relevant hairdressing experience
Proven competency in modern cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
Fluent spoken Mandarin and English (required for effective client communication)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and reliability
A relevant hairdressing qualification is preferred but not essential where sufficient industry experience is demonstrated.
Additional Information
