Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
With reliable clients on their books, especially government clients, they are seeing workload expand.
They have several projects across datacentres, tertiary intuitions, schools, healthcare and commercial apartments which requires a switched on intermediate to come on board and join the team.
As a quantity surveyor you will be supported by a senior developing your experience. Typically, you will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 4-6 years of commercial main contractor QS experience. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
