We want you to join our team here at Fat Sally's Pub and Restaurant in the coastal town of Oamaru.
We're seeking an experienced hospitality Duty Manager to join our team. This is a Full-time position for between 30 - 40 hours on a flexible 4-5 day a week roster.
Role:
Management of staff on shiftUphold Liquor Licensing laws
Ensure quality of food and beverage presentation
Carry out day-to-day running of the bar & restaurant
Training new employees
Stock control
Providing a high level of customer service
Must be willing to work nights and weekends
Must have Duty Managers Certificate
