The focus of this role:

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can ensure our team members are highly productive and motivated to move stock to shelf in an efficient manner. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and as a key member of the store Leadership team, we are looking for the right person to join us who can assist with running the retail floor.

This role requires working one day in the weekend as Duty Manager and flexibility to match our trading hours.

This role will assume responsibility and accountability for the achievement of agreed objectives relating to health and safety, customer service and satisfaction, retail profit and loss, team leadership and performance with the ability to lead and motivate staff and enhancing the systems and process.

To fill this role, you will have a strong background in Big Box retail store management (minimum of 3 years experience) with a focus on people, sales, and exceptional customer service.
