Office Administrator

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. This is a full-time role working 35 – 40 hours per week with additional hours required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing and auditing of time sheets
  • Prepare, send and follow up quotes and invoices
  • Health & Safety documentation using SiteDocs
  • Internal & external communications – written correspondence, phone calls, email management
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Facebook page management
  • General office administration duties and support
Required skills and experience:
  • Experience using Xero
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Internal & external communications – written correspondence, phone calls, email management
  • A general capacity and comfort to use various IT, software and Apps.
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly to customer and operational requirements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
