Fast food cook for kebab shop and kitchen hand

Taking customer orders accurately
- Delivering the correct orders to customers
- Preparing and making sauces
- Cooking and seasoning chicken
- Opening the shop and setting up tables and chairs
- Washing dishes (for the shop and market events)
- Preparing kebabs and rice dishes with correct meat, sauces, and salads
- Cutting and slicing vegetables and meat
- Stuffing olives with a variety of fillings
- Preparing rice, salads, and other ingredients
- Operating the fryer and preparing chips
- Packing meats and salads correctly for storage
- General cleaning: mopping, sweeping, wiping surfaces, etc.
- Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen work is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Supportive and friendly work environment
- Stable part-time hours

Looking at starting with 30 hours of work per week and potential to increase later.
