Medcall offers casual caregiver/support worker shifts within the disability, aged care, and community sectors. We are currently needing experienced support workers for our clients in Ashburton & Timaru regions.
Our Staff App allows you to search for shifts by date range, shift type, distance and facility, enabling you to refresh at your convenience and easily find shifts that work for you.
To join the Medcall team you will need:
- At least 6 months' previous experience working in NZ as a support worker or caregiver.
- Full NZ working rights.
- Reliable transport to travel to our client's facilities & drive them to outings and appointments.
- NZQA qualification in Health and Well-being Level 2 or above
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Reliability, motivation and a team work ethic.
- Competitive hourly rates with weekend and night allowances
- Option to choose between weekly or daily pay. Our Daily Pay option allows you to work today, and get paid tomorrow.
- Holiday, annual leave (accrued), and KiwiSaver entitlements are paid on top of our wages.
