About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team in Levin.
This is a dynamic role where youll be on the move, patrolling client sites, responding to callouts, and ensuring all assigned premises are safe and secure. Depending on deployment, the role may also involve Noise Control, Animal Control, or Parking Enforcement duties.
Reliability and professionalism are essential – our clients depend on us to be there when it matters most.
Key Responsibilities include:- Patrolling assigned areas and monitoring client premises
- Responding to alarm activations and callouts
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety standards
- Completing reports and communicating incidents clearly and promptly
To progress through the recruitment process, you must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks, including:
- Driver’s License, Credit Checks, Ministry of Justice Criminal History and Immigration checks
- Currently reside in the Levin region
- Obtain a full clean New Zealand Driver’s license
- Green COA (or ability to obtain)
- Confident and articulate in the written and spoken English language
- Able and willing to respond to callouts when required, at any time
- Calm and confident when managing conflict or high-pressure situations
- Can assess and respond to risk appropriately
- Works well independently and within a team
- Has experience operating company vehicles (advantageous)
- Has completed a defensive driving course (preferred)

Applicants must be 18 years or older and have no criminal convictions which would prevent from obtaining a Certificate of Approval (COA) to work in the security industry under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 2010.
