Receptionist - Full-Time | Immediate Start | Friendly Office Environment

Are you a personable, organised professional looking to join a supportive and well-structured team? A leading organisation in the building and construction sector is seeking a Receptionist to manage front-of-house duties and provide vital administrative support to staff and visitors alike.

This role offers the opportunity to become a valued part of a dynamic team, where no two days are the same. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors warmly, manage access, and notify relevant staff
  • Answer and direct calls in a professional, courteous manner
  • Manage messages, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area with refreshments
  • Monitor staff locations on internal systems
  • Assist with office duties: filing, photocopying, scanning, binding etc
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate catering for staff functions
  • Organise office supplies and help maintain a well-ordered environment
  • Support with timesheet collation and invoice processing
  • Provide additional support to administrative staff when required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • A friendly, client-focused approach with a sense of humour
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Team player who is self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate typing skills
