Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. This role involves liaising with clients across Taranaki, preparing quotes, presenting solutions, and working closely with the Managing Director and Customer Service team.The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, friendly, and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients across Taranaki
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and offer additional branding or signage solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Conduct client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Customer Service team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Represent Brandlab in a professional and approachable manner
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
- Motivated to achieve targets and deliver results
- Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
- Full & clean NZ driver’s licence required
