Organisational Performance is dedicated to supporting Te Tari Taiwhenua to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.The work programme for the team is at an exciting point, we have a work programme underway that spans talent management, organisational culture, performance management, capability development, and diversity, equity and inclusion.There is now the opportunity for an experienced OD Senior Advisor to get on board to lead projects and initiatives, working with HR colleagues, leaders, and the Executive to shape a positive future for the organisation.

Working collaboratively with a team of organisational development (OD) professionals, you will contribute to the design and delivery of OD and learning programmes and initiatives.To be successful in the role you will have:Experience leading OD initiatives relating to different aspects of the employee lifecycle, including induction, performance, talent management, leadership development, and culture and engagement.Experience building and managing relationships with leaders and other HR and learning professionals.Experience applying project management disciplines to support delivery.We're tackling some significant strategic issues as part of a supportive and collaborative, team.
