Adecco is looking for a qualified and motivated **Traffic Management Operative (TMO-P)** to join our team. You’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management systems to ensure safety and efficiency on site.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Set up signs, cones, barriers, and road closures
- Monitor traffic flow and respond to issues
- Check and maintain equipment
- Work safely with the team to meet project goals
- TMO-P certification
- 1–2 years’ experience in traffic management
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Team player with a proactive attitude
