• 2+ years experience of work in the hospitality industry
• knowledge of setting the grind and extraction process
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a knack for making customers feel welcome.
• ability to pour latte art in every cup and follow our espresso recipe
• able to work solo and also play a roll as a team member

• selecting and grinding coffee;
• cleaning and maintaining kitchen counter, coffee-making areas and espresso machines;
• preparing, serving and selling a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based or hot beverages;
• replenishing drink dispensers, stock, shelves and refrigerators;
• discussing coffee options with customers and advising them for them to make a choice;
• collecting payment for sales and operating cash registers;
• serving coffees and drinks to customers;
• knowledge of operating cash registers;
• promoting the café’s services and products

• A fun, supportive, and creative work environment.
• Full time position , work 5 days a week including one of the weekends
• Minimum guaranteed 30 hours a week
