We're seeking an experienced Electrician to join an Auckland-based team, supporting a pipeline of upcoming Water and Wastewater Treatment projects. Our client is looking for someone with strong expertise in PLCs and control systems, who can confidently work within complex automated environments and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

**To turanga hou | Your new role**:

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment infrastructure.
• Work across projects, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair faults related to electrical equipment, controls, and instrumentation.
• Support commissioning activities, electrical testing, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, instrumentation loops, and automation equipment.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and project managers.

• Current EWRB Practising License
• Previous water treatment plant experience (preferred)
• Full Class 1 license
• Strong background in PLC & Controls
• Must be a team player
• Should be happy working outside of Auckland
