Full Time Cafe Manager

We are seeking experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at The LAB from 2026.
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of cafe operation, working closely with management team to provide a consistent excellent customer service in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate shall be someone who is; • a great leader and able to lead and manage, while demonstrating positivity and respect for those around you- able to use their own initiative, be proactive and hardworking,
- outgoing, friendly and a supportive leader and team player,
- experienced in food handling and skilled coffee making and have genuine interest and passion for the love of food & coffee,
- strong in customer service skills and be able to interact and develop great customer relationships.
- At least 2 year of previous café manager experience or leadership role in a fast paced environment.
The successful applicant will be a leader and also a team player, who will stay calm, cheerful and focused under pressure.
