The Role
We are looking for someone who knows what they are doing, this is a lead role, we need some one experienced doing household removals, with a class 2 license.
A good attitude is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a truck safely and efficiently.
- Load, transport, and unload furniture and other items with care.
- Lead and support the moving team on-site, ensuring smooth job execution.
- Communicate professionally with customers to provide excellent service.
- Train and mentor newer team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A valid class 2 license.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team on-site.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
A good level of physical fitness and stamina for heavy lifting.
A customer-focused approach with great communication skills.
Moving experience is a bonus.
