As a growing business, we are looking for skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our dynamic team and support the development of our projects in Wellington and beyond. About the Role
As a Carpenter with Kuks Construction, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for constructing and installing formwork and frameworks for concrete, focusing on precast concrete components. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carpenters to contribute to landmark infrastructure projects and be part of a company that values quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
- Build, assemble and strip formwork and falsework
- Assist in casting, handling and installing precast concrete elements
- Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain high safety and quality standards across all work
- Measure, cut and assemble materials as required for construction
Requirements – Skills & Experience
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have: At least 7 years of relevant carpentry or construction experience (preferably in precast concrete) OR Bachelors Degree

- Reliable, physically fit and committed to long-term employment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Location: Wellington
Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $45.00/hour, based on skills and experience
