Inbound Sales & Lead Coordinator

We are a fast-growing Christchurch property business looking for someone confident and reliable to handle inbound enquiries from property owners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and can think on their feet. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and play a key role in identifying potential property opportunities.

• Answering inbound phone calls from property owners
• Having simple, structured conversations to gather key details
• Logging all enquiries into a system
• Identifying strong opportunities and flagging them to the team
• Responding to basic Facebook and email enquiries

• Is confident and clear on the phone
• Speaks fluent English
• Is organised and reliable
• Can think quickly and hold a natural conversation
• Has a positive attitude and is easy to work with

Experience in sales, admin, or property is a bonus but not required.

• Christchurch-based
• Part-time to start with flexible hours
• Potential to grow into a larger role over time

• We have an office available, but this role can also be done remotely
• Most calls are inbound from our marketing campaigns
• Your job is to have a quick, natural conversation and identify who is genuinely interested in selling
• You’ll filter and pass strong opportunities to the team to take further
