Main Duties: Answer phone calls and emails.

Maintain and update records and files.
Assist with basic accounts and data entry (Xero experience preferred).
Order supplies and manage stock levels.

General office support as required.

Requirements: Good communication and organisational skills.

Competent with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email).
Previous administration experience is an advantage but not essential.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Details: Part-time role with flexible hours/days.

Friendly, small team environment.

Variety of administrative tasks.
