**This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Friday.**
**Key Responsibilities**- Lead, mentor and develop a diverse clinical team including Registered Nurses and Practice Care Assistants.
- Manage daily nursing operations, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical duties.
- Collaborate with centre leadership to develop innovative care models and improve health outcomes.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and support continuous professional development within your team.
- Current New Zealand Registered Nurse practicing certificate and CPR certification.
- Must have or at least Preferred to have management experience
- Proven experience in primary care or accident and medical settings.
- Strong leadership skills
- Leadership capability and a "can-do" attitude toward problem-solving.
- Friendly, approachable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and performance coaching skills.
- Advanced computer literacy and the ability to manage change with flexibility and resilience.
- Passion for delivering equitable healthcare aligned with the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Postgraduate qualifications and quality improvement experience are highly desirable.
