Restaurant managers

Pay rate $27-$35.00 per hour depending on the experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or business Or relevant qualification
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer software.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• A valid food handler's permit and manager's license or ability to get one.

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily cafe and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food and beverage presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Handle cash management and reporting.
• Menu & Quality Control: Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu development, ensure food quality and consistency, and manage supplier relationships.
• Marketing & Promotion: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, liquor licensing, and employment regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, making decisions that benefit both the business and our customers.
