HVAC Installer Wanted – Residential & Light Commercial

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team at FAS Energy, based in Wellington. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew delivering high-quality HVAC installations across residential and light commercial projects.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for installing a range of HVAC systems, including:- Hi-wall heat pumps
- Ducted systems
- Rigid and flexible ducting
- Ventilation systems
Work is varied and rewarding — no two days are the same. You’ll be working on new builds and renovations throughout the Wellington region.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation (at least 3–5 years)
- Confident with ducting, hi-wall, and ducted systems
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Site Safe and/or relevant tickets are a bonus
