Stores Supervisor

Culham Engineering need a motivated Stores Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Stores Supervisor will lead the day to day Stores operation. Managing the receipt and storage of inwards goods, the issue and reconciliation of plant and consumables and for the dispatch of goods or products to customers.

• Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory control role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity and experience working in an engineering environment
• Hold a current Full Drivers’ licence & a current Forklift Licence
• Have basic proficiency in MS Office
• Effective communication, both verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
• Professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders

We also have our own in-house blasting and painting facility, heavy haulage and craneage.

This position is only open for candidates that are NZ Residents or able to work legally in New Zealand.
