JOB DESCRIPTION-
As a Team Member at Pizza Hut, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting the operational needs of the store.
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
Accurately take orders from customers, whether by phone, online, or in person, and process payments through the POS system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with the preparation of pizzas and other menu items according to Pizza Hut’s standards and procedures, ensuring food quality and hygiene.
If required, assist in organizing deliveries to customers or manage food dispatch to delivery drivers, ensuring timely service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen, dining area, and other parts of the store, following food safety and health regulations.
Work effectively with other team members, helping with stock replenishment, cleaning, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines and ensure the work environment is safe for both customers and employees.
