It has the largest population of any district health area.For more information on living and working in Waitematā District, click here.About youThe ideal applicant will hold a relevant qualification (diploma, trade or undergraduate degree) in electrical engineering or electronics, to assist with the general technical maintenance, repair and support of clinical and medical equipment.Preference will be given to applicants with proven skills in the electronic and mechanical aspects of medical equipment safety and maintenance.

Previous experience within the healthcare sector is also a big plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a professional, team player attitude are essential.This is full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
