Mō te tūnga | About the roleAs the Learning & Development Designer you will play a key role in the analysis, development and design of learning using a range of media to meet the needs of our learners.Critical to success will be your ability to create engaging learner experiences and motivate our staff to learn and apply new knowledge and skills.
You'll know if you have hit the mark as you'll also assist with assessing the effectiveness of learning products through feedback, evaluation and reporting.
