We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Housekeeping Attendant located at our Sudima Auckland City. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team who are committed to providing exceptional service. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. However, a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to our company values are essential.

This is a part-time role (minimum hours per week is 10 hours) paying $26.50 per hour and needs 7 day roster availability.
Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Manager/Supervisors.
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to the hotel’s standards and procedures, and use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to H&S regulations and hotel requirements
- To provide a warm, friendly welcome whenever you contact a guest and assist with directions if needed. To carry out work in a manner least affecting guests.
- To ensure and maintain the security of the personal information of guests and team members of the hotel. Report all items of value left by guests and submit to lost & found with information of room number and location found.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude when communicating with co-workers and management.

If you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!
We are looking for individuals who can work collaboratively, maintain a bubbly attitude, and provide excellent service to our guests while ensuring a clean and safe environment. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key.Must be able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
To be considered for this role, you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and be able to pass both police and reference checks.
