HR Coordinator

The Opportunity

We're searching for a full-time HR Coordinator to join our People team, based at our Swanson office in West Auckland. Reporting to our Director of People, you’ll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly, from onboarding and record keeping to supporting training, recruitment, and wellbeing initiatives.

You’ll be working alongside a friendly, down-to-earth team who support depot managers and teams across the country. No two days are the same, this role offers plenty of variety, a supportive environment, and the chance to really make a difference.

About You

You take pride in accurate work, value confidentiality, and are happy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

• HR experience (ideally 2–3 years in coordination or admin)
• Great attention to detail and time management
• Confident communicator who works well with different teams
• Tech savvy especially with Excel and HR systems
• Able to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
