**What the Role Looks Like**

We’re on the hunt for experienced **Class 5 Drivers** to join our top-performing team based out of Washdyke, Timaru. You’ll be operating a high-quality fleet and working a **rotating 3/3/3 roster**.

This role will be based out of our Bulk Store at the Washdyke yard in Timaru. You will be responsible for loading your truck at Washdyke and delivering and unloading to a local dairy factory.

The candidate must be comfortable with a truck-sharing arrangement, demonstrates good habits around vehicle care, specifically by maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented cab at all times. Flexibility is required to suit business and seasonal needs.

Your attention to safety, maintenance, and vehicle operation will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect.

**Work Pattern**

Full-time, *permanent* roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster:

• **3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off**
• Average shift: 10–12 hours

• **Class 5 Licence** (or equivalent) with 3 years of experience.
• W, T, R endorsements required
• Loader experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Confidence navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain.
• Day and night shift experience – you’re flexible and reliable.
• A knack for learning new technology – show us your adaptability!
